Your GP can refer you by email to mary.evans@healthmail.ie. 

 

Please ask for your phone number, address and email address to be included in the referral letter.

Please ask your GP to detail your cardiac examination: Absence of murmur, BP, Pulse etc...

If you have a personal cardiac history ( High blood pressure, a murmur, a history of palpitations or fainting during exercise...) or if you have a severe cardiac family history, you will need to be referred to a cardiologist before being started on stimulants.
